I had my hair cut and first EVER colour today. Having dark hair I was super nervous about going lighter but Hugo achieved exactly what I wanted and so much more!! I love it ? The salon is so welcoming and clean, and the massage chairs are a dream!!! Thank you so so much xx

I had my hair cut by Hugo yesterday and he did a fantastic job. I’m not the easiest client, having had bad experiences in the past with cuts and colour, but he stayed calm when I expressed any concerns. The end result was exactly what I wanted, and I’d definitely recommend him. My hair is thick and frizzy but he knew exactly how to cut it and spent a lot of time to ensure it was right. Very happy.

l love going to Twilo, been with them for 2 years. Everytime l go the staff are always friendly ...if they are busy they still acknowledge me and are always professional.The design of the salon is really slik there is a seasonal ceiling display that is fantastic visually. The products they sell are displayed on glass or mirror shelves neat and tidy and equipment is all high spec. I highly recommend you go ... you won't be disappointed.

Without a doubt, Twilo is the best salon i’ve been to. I have been going there to get my hair highlighted and cut for almost ten years & have never walked away less then delighted. They always listen and get it right. The team there are all friendly and welcoming and many of their clients are long term customers who return time after time due to the excellent service they receive. I see Eva but would happily trust anyone there with my tresses.

I have been coming to Twilo for a few years now, Diana is amazing, so friendly, helpful, and professional. A first class service. Very welcoming on all occasions.
Right now i am really missing my salon experience due to the covid pandemic. Really hope to be back in the salon soon .
